According to party constitution and the Working Rules for the Development of party member by the Chinese Production Party, the procedures for joining the Party mainly include the following contents:

(1) Require applicants to join the Party to apply to the Party organization;

(2) party member recommended or organized a group to promote the selection of activists to join the Party, and the Party branch committee studied and determined the activists to join the Party and reported them to the higher party committee for the record;

(3) Organize and designate 1-2 official party member as training contacts for activists joining the Party;

(4) Investigation and education, those who have been approved by the Party organization as party activists for more than one year, can be listed as development targets after listening to the opinions of the party group, cultivating contacts, the opinions of the masses in party member, discussing and agreeing with the branch Committee and reporting to the higher party Committee for the record;

(5) The Party branch appointed two official party member as development targets to join the Party;

(6) Party organizations conduct political review of development targets;

(7) Short-term intensive training for development goals.
