In 2022, Shenyang Normal University will charge 5,200 yuan for paleontology, 5,200 yuan for educational technology (teachers), 5,200 yuan for hotel management and 5,200 yuan for tourism management.

Shenyang Normal University, affiliated to Liaoning Provincial People's Government, was founded in 195 1, formerly known as Northeast Institute of Education, and renamed as shenyang normal College in 1953. It was one of the earliest two undergraduate normal universities in Northeast China at that time. 1965 changed its name to Liaoning first normal college, and 1978 restored the name of shenyang normal college.

The school has a complete range of disciplines, covering nine disciplines: philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, science, engineering, management and art. In 2020, it will rank among the top 200,2021in the list of the best universities in soft science in Shanghai, up four places.
