The National Flag Guard of Jiamusi University is a student organization of the whole school, and abides by the relevant regulations of the school's community management. Members of the National Flag Guard should be openly recruited for the whole school. All full-time students of Jiamusi University who meet the physical conditions can register for the election. Members are required to have strong patriotic feelings, good political quality, be strict with themselves and play an exemplary role in all aspects. 3. Members of the National Flag Guard should actively participate in military training and political theory learning activities regularly organized by the Armed Forces Department, train hard, and implement militarized management during training, and must obey orders and commands. Members of the National Flag Guard should be able to sing the national anthem, earnestly study the National Flag Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), strictly observe military discipline, and perform their duties in accordance with the National Flag Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). 6. The clothes and guns of the National Flag Guard are managed and used by the armed forces. 7. The Ministry of Education and Industry, the Communist Youth League Committee and the Armed Forces Department regularly assess and identify the members of the National Flag Guard in accordance with the relevant provisions on the management of student associations in Jiamusi University. 8. The main tasks of the National Flag Guard are: (1) Daily flag raising and lowering tasks in the main square of the University; (2) To be the national flag guard and the task of raising and lowering the national flag at various flag-raising ceremonies held in schools; (three) as a national flag guard, raising and lowering the national flag in school-wide celebrations and large-scale cultural activities; (four) through the flag-raising ceremony and other forms, publicize and implement the "People's Republic of China (PRC) National Flag Law" and carry out patriotic education among students; (five) to cooperate with the military theory teaching and research section to carry out publicity activities on national defense education law among students. 9. The daily flag-raising activities of the National Flag Guard are carried out under the guidance of the Armed Forces Department, and the number of participants and ceremony specifications are determined according to the specific situation. 10. Flag-raising ceremonies of various themes will be held. The number of participants and ceremony specifications of the National Flag Guard will be determined by the organizer in consultation with the Armed Forces Department, the Ministry of Education and the Youth League Committee. 1 1.
