1. It is necessary to meet the needs of full-time second-year undergraduate students and complete all professional course credits in the first academic year.
2. Apply to the relevant institutions for registration of the second degree and obtain the second degree.
3. Starting from the first week of each semester, a college will be set up in the second major to register for the semester, and the study fee will be paid according to the course credits learned this semester.
4. Students who have completed the credits according to the regulations shall be reported to the Academic Affairs Office for review by the minor school. After passing the exam, the school will issue a certificate for minors. If the credits are not full, the credits will be converted into elective credits.
5. Students who meet the conditions for granting a minor degree may apply for a bachelor's degree from an institution with a minor degree, which will be reviewed by the Academic Degrees Committee and reported to the Academic Degrees Committee Office. After confirming that the first degree has been obtained, the Academic Degrees Committee Office submits its application to the Academic Degrees Committee meeting (held in June and February every year) for approval. After deliberation and approval by the Academic Degrees Committee, the school awarded the corresponding bachelor's degree.
