He has just returned from a foreign country, and he can't care about homesickness and fatigue. Wang Jing resolutely accepted this glorious and arduous task. On April 25, he entered the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau as the vice captain of the medical team and nine other members, and worked in the obstetrics and gynecology department of Shannan People's Hospital.
Here, we must first struggle with the oxygen-deficient environment and harsh climate on the plateau, adapt to strange cultural habits, overcome all kinds of inconveniences in life, and work under very simple conditions. But after only one month, all the players quickly entered the role and integrated into the hot land of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. In terms of teaching, Wang Jing gives a comprehensive and systematic lecture on the principles of diagnosis and treatment of common gynecological diseases for two hours every week, organizes two discussions on routine difficult cases, makes medical rounds every day, and turns on her mobile phone 24 hours a day. The surgeon in charge completed nearly 20 operations, of which 1 case was a rare huge subserous myomectomy in Chinese mainland. Jing Wong went to Lhasa to buy medicine himself. Because it is the first time to carry out a census, many women are going to the gynecological examination table for the first time, plus the dress habits of local ethnic groups. The difficulty of gynecological examination can be imagined. Mainly Wang Jing and another Tibetan aid team member, 40-80 people are inspected every day, which is very dense. During this period, due to frequent dizziness, Wang Jing was diagnosed with hypertension (140-155/100-10mmhg), and persisted until after work, Wang Jing went to the First Affiliated Hospital of West China Medical University in Chengdu for treatment. Results Her blood pressure was normal the next day after she arrived in Chengdu, which was considered as regional. One is to leave the plateau environment immediately, and the other is to take medicine after returning to Tibet, but the latter may still cause high blood pressure after returning to the mainland and need to take medicine for life. Jing Wong also had some contradictions at that time. Hunan Cancer Hospital agrees with Wang Jing's return, but what often appears in Wang Jing's mind is the eyes of the sisters in obstetrics and gynecology who are seeking knowledge in class. When Wang Jing sent her daughter out of the hospital, Mei Duo's mother bent down and put her hands together, and her true feelings were revealed on her wrinkled face ... These passionate songs of wine were constantly performed on Wang. Six days later, Wang Jing returned to Tibet. Dean Bumba personally drove to the airport to meet Wang Jing. During her work in Tibet, Wang Jing experienced the most unforgettable and regretless experience in her life. Hunan medical team was praised by the local administrative office, health bureau and affiliated hospitals, won honor for Hunan medical workers, was affirmed by Hunan Provincial Health Department and hospital leaders, and won the second-class merit of aiding Tibet. Because of her outstanding performance, Wang Jing was selected as the third echelon candidate of "New Century 12 1 Talent Project" by Hunan Provincial Personnel Department in 2004.
During the ice disaster in Hunan in 2008, Wang Jing donated 1000 yuan to the provincial women's Federation, and went to Changsha Railway Station with the chairman of the provincial women's Federation and some female CPPCC members to express condolences to the female police on duty. During the Wenchuan earthquake in 2009, in the name of her mother, she sent a three-year support fee of 4,500 yuan to the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation to help an earthquake orphan. In the same year, she was named "Advanced Individual in Earthquake Relief" by NLD Provincial Committee. Since 2006, Wang Jing, as the leader of the expert group of Hunan Province, has undertaken the four-year general survey of two projects "Early diagnosis and early treatment of cervical cancer" paid by the central government of the Ministry of Health, and completed the screening 10730. Wang Jing is based on developing the hospital through science and education and constantly explores new ideas. There are new growth and breakthroughs in the establishment of scientific research projects and the award of achievements every year, and it has been rated as an advanced unit in science and education by the Health Department of Hunan Province for four consecutive years. On June 29th, 2009, "Hunan Cancer Hospital and Hunan University Joint Cancer Prevention Research Center" was established, which was successfully approved by the Ministry of Health's "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" national major project "Basic research on the application of nucleic acid entities in early diagnosis and targeted treatment of hepatitis C" and the international cooperation project of the Ministry of Science and Technology "Early diagnosis, typing and gene therapy of lung cancer and liver cancer". 20 1 1, the National Natural Science Foundation of Hunan Cancer Hospital achieved zero breakthrough. From 2065438 to March 2002, Wang Jing, as the deputy director of the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology, was responsible for the establishment and commissioning of the new drug clinical research ward, including the beds used in the first phase of clinical research according to international standards, standardized GCP training and management, and will build a first-class clinical research base in China.
