Hideki Yukawa (1907- 198 1), a famous Japanese physicist, graduated from Imperial University of Kyoto (now Kyoto University) and Imperial University of Osaka (now Osaka University). He has been a professor at Imperial University of Kyoto and Imperial University of Tokyo (now Tokyo University).

From 65438 to 0948, Hideki Yukawa went to the United States and became a professor at Columbia University. 1949, Hideki Yukawa, then a professor at Kyoto University, predicted the existence of mesons based on the nuclear force theory and won the Nobel Prize in physics.

1955 back to Japan. Inspired by electromagnetic theory, he put forward the "meson theory" about nuclear force in 1935. He was also the first Japanese to win the Nobel Prize.
