I need to have a good ideological and political quality and a strong sense of responsibility, support the party's line, principles and policies, and voluntarily participate in social practice and exercise activities; Excellent academic performance in school, outstanding comprehensive performance, and certain ability of organization, coordination, comprehensive analysis and language expression; Physical and mental health, with the physical and mental conditions for normal performance of duties; Able to obey the management of the actual unit, with good organizational discipline and teamwork consciousness; There is enough time to ensure that the actual task can be completed well.

2. recruitment principles. In strict accordance with the principle of "self-application, voluntary registration, two-way selection and merit-based admission", if multiple students choose the same position, they will be selected according to the application materials and the opinions of the employer. If other students obey the adjustment, they will be adjusted to other positions after soliciting opinions. Each student can only apply for one post. Please read the job requirements and social practice places carefully, and register for suitable positions as close as possible according to your personal situation.

3. Social practice treatment. Employers provide necessary working conditions for college students, and give each student a monthly living allowance not less than that of 800 yuan. In principle, no accommodation is arranged during social practice, and the employer is responsible for lunch.

4. Work discipline. During the social practice, college students should strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the unit, consciously accept the management of the employer, strictly observe state secrets and work secrets, pay attention to their own image, and actively participate in other activities in social practice. If you don't go to work for 2 days without reason or ask for leave for more than 5 days, you will be disqualified from social practice.

5. Safety. College students should pay attention to personal, traffic and food safety during social practice, and employers should do a good job in safety education. The Communist Youth League Committee will provide free personal accident insurance for college students during social practice.

6. Evaluation and motivation. After the end of social practice, the employer will issue a social practice appraisal certificate to the college students and affix the official seal. The Talent Office of the County Party Committee, the County People's Social Security Bureau and the Communist Youth League Committee will select and commend a group of outstanding college students according to social practice.
