There is a difference between this third and this half. For example, I graduated from Jiangsu University, and my undergraduate degree is written by Jiangsu University, while my undergraduate certificate says Jingjiang College of Jiangsu University, which is the third, but as long as my major is good, I can still consider it. Before 2008, two and three diplomas were exactly the same, but there have been differences since then!
