What is the responsibility of the Security Council?
Legal analysis: (1) Implement the resolution of the community committee;

(two) responsible for the establishment, alteration, cancellation, registration and filing of student associations;

(three) to formulate the annual work plan;

(4) Organizing the annual joint recruitment of school associations;

(5) Examining and approving applications for community activities;

(6) Financial management and supervision of associations;

(seven) selection of outstanding schools;

(eight) selection of community activists;

(nine) to supervise, inspect and deal with associations that violate relevant regulations.

Legal basis: Article 27 of the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC). All state organs practice the principle of streamlining, the responsibility system for work and the system of training and assessment of staff, constantly improve the quality and efficiency of work and oppose bureaucracy. All state organs and functionaries must rely on the support of the people, always keep close contact with them, listen to their opinions and suggestions, accept their supervision and strive to serve them. When taking office, state functionaries shall take the constitutional oath in public according to law.
