Tianjin University is one of the first units to set up a postdoctoral research mobile station, with more than 2,300 postdoctoral researchers, leaving the station 1.500, and nearly 500 people stayed in Tianjin University after leaving the station.
In 2020, the school launched the reform of full-time postdoctoral team construction. According to the general principle of "fund sharing and school-enterprise cooperation", we have established a labor cost sharing mechanism and a diversified fund input mechanism, which has unblocked the post-doctoral career development channel, expanded the post-doctoral team, met the development needs of talent teams, advantageous disciplines, platform bases and major projects, improved the post-doctoral training quality and academic level, and reserved outstanding young talents for teachers.
