First of all, the market economy has raised our requirements. The old working methods, management concepts and even the criteria for judging talents have also changed.

Contemporary enterprises are also innovative, institutional and competitive enterprises. In addition, the current school enrollment expansion, the supply of college students exceeds demand, so the entry threshold for employers has also increased. Therefore, in the recruitment enlightenment, we often write "how many years of work experience are needed", which requires us to be both professional and versatile.

Second, the emphasis on college students under the planned system produces talents. In the early days of planned economy and market economy, China's economic thirst for talents was very obvious, and almost all college students became hot cakes. Therefore, it is often entrusted with a heavy responsibility, and college students can also get all kinds of exercise, especially professional knowledge. In addition, due to the increasing employment pressure of college students, "fall in price" incidents such as "shoeshine" and "selling pork" have occurred from time to time, which has almost become a powerful counter-evidence: the quality of contemporary college students is low! Just looking at the internet cafes, singing practice rooms, food stalls, dance halls and so on that have sprung up around the school, people have limited power to resist temptation, and of course some college students are addicted to it.
