Jiaozuo university? University), located in Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, is a comprehensive public full-time ordinary college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The school was founded in 198 1, formerly known as Jiaozuo Staff University; 1985 Jiaozuo Vocational College was established and merged with Jiaozuo Staff University. 1986 changed its name to jiaozuo university. Later, Henan Radio and TV University Jiaozuo Branch and Jiaozuo Accounting School merged into the school.

The school has successively won the honorary titles of "Advanced Unit of Ideological and Political Work in Henan Province", "Civilized Campus in Henan Province", "Construction Unit of High-level Higher Vocational Schools and High-level Professional Construction Projects in Henan Province", "Advanced Collective of Higher Education and Teaching in Henan Province", "Advanced Collective of Employment of College Graduates in Henan Province" and "Advanced Collective of Network Security and Informatization of Education System in the whole province".

As of May 2022, the school has two campuses, the South Campus and the North Campus, with a campus area of1139,000 square meters and a construction area of 530,900 square meters. The total value of teaching instruments and equipment 1420,000 yuan, the library collection140,000 volumes, the college14, and 55 majors.
