The TOEFL score standard requires a total score of not less than 100, including 22 points for listening, 24 points for reading, 25 points for speaking and 24 points for writing.
Some departments have higher requirements: the total score is not less than 1 10, of which the listening part is not less than 22, the reading part is not less than 24, the speaking part is not less than 25 and the writing part is not less than 24.
2. Cambridge University
International students who are eligible to apply for the awards mentioned in the "Undergraduate Level Awards" can provide TOEFL if they cannot provide IELTS scores. The total score of TOEFL is not less than 100, and the score of listening, speaking, reading and writing is not less than 25. The total score of TOEFL is not less than 107, of which listening, speaking, reading and writing are not less than 25.
