Su (1889- 1945), a native of Xiamen, Fujian, graduated from Waseda University in Japan. Su used to be the finance director of Fujian Province, the finance director of the Grand Marshal's Office of Guangdong Province and the director of civil affairs. Later, he left China Kuomintang to teach at Zhi Zhi University. During his stay in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he served as the mayor of Shanghai Avenue Government from 1937 to 65438+February 5. On April 28th of the following year, he was appointed as the supervisor of Shanghai Municipal Office. In the same year, 65438+1October, 65438+June served as Secretary General of Shanghai Special Municipal Government. After Fu Xiaoan was assassinated on 1940, he briefly acted as the mayor. He died in 1945.
