Postgraduate entrance examination shifting process
The postgraduate entrance examination shifting process has the following five steps:

First, a clear file storage unit. After the postgraduate entrance examination is accepted, the candidates' personal files need to be transferred to the accepted universities for review, and then stored in the relevant departments of the schools for management. Due to the different identities of candidates, the specific file storage locations are also different, and the file transfer procedures are slightly different.

Second, graduate candidates who graduated this year have their files in the school. Because the files of freshmen have not been completed after the notice is taken, these candidates need to hand over the notice of admission to colleges and universities to the file extraction department specified by the school, and the subsequent files will be sent by the school after all the student files are completed. There is no strict restriction on the retrieval time of graduate students' files in college admission, so graduate students don't have to worry about the retrieval time of files.

Three, non fresh graduates candidates, files in the school or the university employment guidance center. Candidates are requested to go to the school or the employment guidance center with the transfer letter and identity documents, and go through the follow-up file retrieval procedures according to the requirements of the employment guidance center.

Four, non graduate candidates, have participated in the work, the file has been transferred from the school or the local university employment guidance center. If there is no employment for the time being, the file is in the local talent exchange center. Just take the transfer letter and ID card to retrieve the file.

5. If you are still working, you need to resign and go to the talent exchange center to transfer files.
