Article 4 The term "college students" as mentioned in these Measures refers to graduates, students and freshmen of full-time undergraduate colleges (including vocational colleges), graduate students and second bachelor's degrees, and graduates, students and freshmen of undergraduate colleges (vocational colleges) enrolled by adult colleges (hereinafter referred to as "college students").

The following college students do not enjoy state funding when they are recruited for compulsory military service:
