As a new vocational training project approved by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security China Employment Training Technical Guidance Center, instructor training will take the lead in Beijing on September 20 10. During the year, the first batch of tutors in China will be certified and officially employed.

According to reports, the main body of tutoring training is mainly college students and graduated students, as well as other practitioners who are interested in tutoring. The training content will highlight practical skills, case analysis and pre-job training in the counseling process. The theory studied involves pedagogy, psychology, family communication, social etiquette and related professional courses in primary and secondary schools.

The training cost of college students is about several hundred yuan, and the training cost of others is about several thousand yuan. After training, there will be a certificate issued by the labor department. The relevant person in charge of the National Mentor Employment Training Office expressed the hope that through the implementation of this project, the mentor will finally be certified.
