2. The school was established in 1999. It is an independent college established by Yuzhou University according to the new mechanism and model. At that time, it was called Paz International school of economics and management of Yuzhou University. In 2002, Yuzhou University and Chongqing Business School merged into chongqing technology and business university, and the school was renamed chongqing technology and business university Pass Institute of International Economics and Management. In 2003, it was recognized as an independent college with the approval of the Ministry of Education, and was renamed chongqing technology and business university Pais College again.
3. On May 25th, 2020, the Ministry of Education announced that the college would actively transform from an independent college to a private undergraduate school.
