The tuition standard for full-time graduate students is subject to the approval of Liaoning Provincial Development and Reform Commission. The tuition standard for part-time postgraduate majors and Chinese-foreign cooperative education majors shall be subject to the examination and approval of the school.

Non-directional employment graduate academic scholarship: divided into two grades.
