Part-time graduate students are different from in-service graduate students. On-the-job graduate students only have a degree certificate, not a diploma. Part-time graduate students have both a diploma and a degree certificate. Graduation certificate represents postgraduate education, degree certificate represents master's degree, graduation certificate is issued by the Ministry of Education, and degree certificate is issued by the school.
