College students face three major difficulties in starting a business.

In the past five years, the proportion of college graduates' self-employment has been increasing, from 1% in 2008 to 2% in 20 12 years. However, the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship has been low, and the failure rate is over 90%. Even in Zhejiang province, where the entrepreneurial environment is good, the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship is only about 5%.

Generally speaking, the proportion of college students' entrepreneurship is not high, and the success rate of college students' entrepreneurship is still very low. The reason is that college students face three major difficulties in starting a business:

First, lack of experience and management experience. To operate normally, an enterprise should not only have good projects and certain funds, but also have high-quality enterprise managers. The theoretical knowledge of management can be learned from books, while the experience of management needs to be acquired in the practice of enterprise management.

The second is the lack of funds. In the process of starting a business, any good project and an invention with market prospect can't be put into practice without financial guarantee. However, college students don't have any wealth accumulation, and most of them can't get the financial support from their families, classmates and friends, so financing has become the biggest practical problem.

The third is the lack of resources. The possession of network resources and the establishment of marketing channels are very important for the development of an enterprise, but student entrepreneurs have neither experience nor social relations in this field, so it is difficult to establish marketing channels.
