Under the guidance of Professor Shen Hengli (Vice Chairman and Secretary General of China Society of Ecological Economics, member of the State Council Development Research Center), he studied ecological environment planning. From June 65438 to July 0988, he was transferred to the research office of Shenyang Municipal Government to engage in decision-making consultation and comprehensive policy research on the analysis of ecological economy, agricultural economy and environmental economy system. Presided over the planning, construction and policy research of the first batch of national eco-agricultural counties and ecological demonstration zones in our province, among which Sujiatun Ecological Demonstration Zone was approved by the State Environmental Protection Administration as the only national suburban demonstration zone; Sujiatun district planning of national sustainable development demonstration zone: ecological and economic planning of Xibin Township, Panshan County, and national ecological demonstration zone planning of Panshan County, which passed the acceptance of the State Environmental Protection Administration; Changtu Eco-agriculture builds a national eco-agriculture county, and the project has passed the acceptance of seven national ministries and commissions. Mainly involved in the completion of a number of provincial, municipal and county eco-environmental economic planning research, mainly including Liaoning Province's natural eco-environmental improvement planning; Shenyang ecological environment planning; Ecological construction planning of Gengzhuang town; Planning and design of Shenyang agricultural high-tech industrial development zone; Study on countermeasures of sustainable development of ecological economy in Liaoning province. With profound theoretical foundation and rich practical experience, he edited Theory, Method and Practice of Regional Agricultural Ecological Design and published papers such as Ecological Economic Analysis of Agricultural Modernization and Development in China. He is a member of the WTO Advisory Expert Committee of Liaoning Provincial Government.
