In 2022, the epidemic subsidy policy only subsidizes two types of people.

The first category is medical personnel and epidemic prevention workers involved in epidemic prevention and control. For those who are in direct contact with the investigated cases, the central government will give subsidies according to the 300 yuan per person per day; For other medical personnel and epidemic prevention personnel involved in epidemic prevention and control, the central government can give subsidies according to 200 yuan per person per day and enjoy the tax exemption policy.

The second category is personnel involved in epidemic prevention and control. Outside the scope of Category I personnel, those who participate in the epidemic prevention and control tasks assigned by the government may also be exempted from personal income tax for temporary work subsidies and bonuses issued according to the standards set by the people's governments at or above the provincial level.
