1, Dongchang College of Liaocheng University, referred to as Dongchang College, is an application-oriented full-time undergraduate institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of Education of China. The school is an independent college approved by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education in April 2002.

2. In June 2005, Liaocheng University cooperated with Shandong Quanlin Group and was reconfirmed as an independent college by the Ministry of Education. In August 2005, Dongchang College of Liaocheng University merged with Liaocheng Education College and Liaocheng Teachers College to form a new Dongchang College of Liaocheng University.

3. As of 20 17, it covers an area of 500 mu and has more than 9,000 students. Liaocheng University has appointed 348 full-time teachers to undertake the teaching work of the college.
