What's the difference between computers learned in universities and training schools?
Lu Xun said: There is no road in the world. If there are many people walking, it will become a road. IT training was not so popular, but it became popular when more people came.

In the traditional understanding, what we call "education" refers to the process of mastering general principles and skills, while what we call "training" is more like a kind of training, a process of learning specific skills.

1, judging from the result positioning.

From the results, IT training institutions belong to vocational education, pay attention to practical training, and the class mode is more like company work. Most of the students trained are like semi-professionals, and they can participate in project research and development as soon as they enter the company. Universities pay attention to theory, with long cycle and slow effect, and pay more attention to the long-term development of students and the improvement of comprehensive quality. However, we have to admit that most students only want to cope with exams, and their hands-on ability is relatively weak, so it is difficult for them to enter the working state in a short time after joining the company.

This is one of the reasons why some companies tend to recruit and train students instead of fresh graduates.

2. From a practical point of view.

From a practical point of view, university education is really inferior to IT training institutions. After all, universities practice quality education, while IT training is skill training. It is very unreasonable for a school specializing in skills training to compare skills with a school engaged in quality education. Therefore, there is no need to simply distinguish between the two!

I have seen such a sentence: although they all train programmers, IT training institutions train code farmers and universities train IT practitioners. The difference between the two is that the former is more practical and the latter has more potential. For people who change careers, the purpose of attending training is to quickly acquire skills and find a job!

3. As far as the learning process is concerned.

University education and IT technical training are also the differences between taking the road and taking the path. It takes longer to take the main road, but it is flatter, safer and less likely to get lost. It takes a short time to take the path, but the road is rugged and sometimes accompanied by unknown dangers.

Four years of college education is like walking on the road. There are many people on the road, and there are many choices. Some people fall behind in the middle, others go in different directions, but in the end (graduation time), these two kinds of people will basically face two choices, either continue along this road or choose to enter another field again.

Based on the above two situations, a small path has been opened up-"training", through which some people can go their own way!

Training is a shortcut to enter another industry. Its disadvantage is unstable foundation, but it can save time through fast and efficient training. At the same time, there are also many students who need training to make up for it in their future work. After all, work is like walking on the road, and you can't pursue speed and convenience like walking on the path. The best state of benign development is one step at a time!
