Changzhou University, located in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, is an excellent university jointly established by Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, China Petroleum and Natural Gas Corporation, China Petrochemical Corporation and China Offshore Oil Corporation, and evaluated by the Ministry of Education.

Changzhou University is located in Changzhou, Jiangsu, a famous historical and cultural city in the south of the Yangtze River with prosperous economy and rich humanities.
