Admission principles of Nanchang University Music Department:

1. Majors listed in the advance batch plan of art in the province are required to reach the admission control score line of art in other provinces' undergraduate colleges designated by the Provincial Examinations Institute, and the majors reach the corresponding undergraduate qualification line in the provincial unified examination of art majors, and are selected according to the candidates' small professional scores from high to low. Musicology (Vocal Music) majors listed in the advance batch plan also require candidates to take the unified examination of "Musicology (Vocal Music) Minor" within 100 (inclusive) of the whole province; Musicology and instrumental music majors listed in the advance batch plan require candidates to take the unified examination of "Musicology (Instrumental Music) Minor Ranking" within the top 3 (inclusive) in the province.

2. The majors listed in the second batch of plans for provincial art majors require candidates' scores to reach the provincial art major unified examination qualified line and the provincial control cultural line of art majors. According to their professional achievements, they are admitted according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers".
