Northwest A&F University (Northwest A&; F University), referred to as "Western Agriculture" or "Northwest Agricultural University", is located in Yangling, a big agricultural city. It is one of the 32 national key universities directly under the Ministry of Education, one of the national key universities under the "985 Project" and "2 1 1 Project", and one of the 40 national key universities under the "Subject Construction Plan for Aid to Xinjiang" of the Ministry of Education.
