Is it serious to lose the League member's ID card?
It doesn't matter if the membership card is lost, you can reissue it according to the regulations.

Article 37 of the "Provisional Regulations on the Management of China * * * * Membership Card" stipulates that a member who loses his membership card shall report the loss to the group organization in a timely manner. When it is confirmed that it cannot be retrieved, the grass-roots unit of the Communist Youth League Committee shall go through the replacement procedures and explain it in the remarks column of the new card.

If you are a middle school student (including senior three fresh graduates), you should report the loss of the League membership card to the League branch of your class in time. When it is confirmed that it can't be returned, the middle school youth league Committee or the township youth league Committee will handle the replacement procedures.

If you are a college student, you should explain to the organization of your school first, and they will make up for it. But if you don't have a volunteer letter in your league file, go to the middle school where you join the league to issue a certificate and go back to your school to reissue it.

The membership card is the proof of membership, so be sure to keep it well. After the replacement, the membership card will have relevant remarks to explain the loss of the replacement.
