Luoding Vocational and Technical College was established in May, 20001year. Its predecessor was Luoding Normal School, which was founded in 1928 and sponsored by Yunfu Municipal People's Government. The school is located in luoding city, Yunfu City, Guangdong Province. Established the National Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute and Guangdong Doctor Workstation, established Yunfu City Cloud Computing Big Data Talent Training Base, Yunfu City Electronic Information Industry Technology Service Center and Yunfu City Nanjiang Culture Research Center, and undertook the Series of Luoding Vocational and Technical College (quarterly). The school has eight teaching units, including Marxism College, Community Education College, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department, Information Engineering Department, Economic Management Department, Education Department, Foreign Languages Department and Art and Sports Department. There are eight professional categories: equipment manufacturing, electronics and information, education and sports, finance and trade, energy, electricity and materials, food, medicine and food, transportation and tourism. The college has two service majors supported by the central government, three productive training centers recognized by the Ministry of Education, two provincial-level key majors, four provincial-level public training centers, 12 training bases above the provincial level, * * * four provincial-level courses, and five' 1+X' certificate construction projects, which are jointly built with Lingnan Normal University and Guangdong Institute of Petrochemical Technology.
