In 2006, Zhangjiagang Municipal Government invested 654.38+0.2 billion yuan to build a new Shagong Campus between a dry river and Huachang Road in the urban area, and it was put into use in September 2007. Xinshagang Campus is integrated with Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, covering an area of more than 800 mu. Based on the characteristic culture of water towns in the south of the Yangtze River and the development of modern industrial economy in the Yangtze River Delta, we should vigorously develop higher education in Zhangjiagang to provide a powerful green channel for talents to take off in the regional economy.
