Postgraduates must take politics as a compulsory subject, and the examination of politics and ideological and political theory for postgraduate entrance examination is a national unified entrance examination with selection nature for universities and research institutes to recruit postgraduates.

The purpose of political examination is to scientifically, fairly and effectively test the ability of candidates to master the basic knowledge and theory of ideological and political theory courses at the undergraduate level, and to analyze and solve problems by using Marxist positions, viewpoints and methods.

(1) Persons who register for the national unified entrance examination for postgraduate students shall meet the following conditions:
