According to the notification requirements of Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on carrying out the knowledge updating training of 20 10 professional and technical personnel, in order to improve the innovation ability, professional level and scientific quality of professional and technical personnel, we should take Scientific Outlook on Development as the guide, take the demand of economic and social development and scientific and technological progress as the guide, take capacity building as the core, take new theories, new knowledge, new technologies and new methods of professional technology as the main content, adhere to the principle of integrating theory with practice and teach students in accordance with their aptitude. Consistent learning and application, focusing on practical results, focusing on improving the innovation ability, professional level and scientific quality of professional and technical personnel, so that all kinds of professional and technical personnel can understand the development trend of science and technology in their major and master the latest scientific and technological theories and achievements in their major. In order to improve personal quality, enhance the sense of responsibility, and ensure that we can devote ourselves to our work with a correct attitude, excellent ability, good state and full enthusiasm, we have specially participated in this training course for archival specialty. We have organized, planned and targeted training for professional and technical personnel to update their continuing education knowledge and guide us how to work. I benefited a lot from this study. Now I will share my training and learning experience with you from the following aspects:

From May 20 10 to May 5, 2000, according to the online teaching course arrangement of Heilongjiang University, I learned all the contents of "Continuing Education Knowledge Updating Training for Professional and Technical Personnel in Heilongjiang Province" online. It mainly includes: the new concept of modern library science, the new concept of modern library, the construction of modern public library service system, document processing under OA environment, the interpretation of the achievements of document archiving reform-document archiving rules, file informationization and digitalization of paper/photo files, electronic file management, long-term preservation of file information under digital background, the change of publishing format from the contemporary perspective, the significance, position and role of topic planning, innovative thinking of topic planning and publishing operation, Overview of innovation and innovation ability of public compulsory subjects (innovation and its basic theory, innovation ability and its field), case analysis of innovation ability construction (innovation of conceptual theory, technology, system, team and innovative learning).

In my opinion, the knowledge updating training course of continuing education for professional and technical personnel in Heilongjiang Province is rich in content, wide in coverage, paying equal attention to theory and application, and strong in the times, which has expanded my knowledge, increased my knowledge and raised the practical operation knowledge closely related to practical work to the theoretical level. Anyway, I benefited a lot.

Through the study of this continuing education knowledge updating training course for professional and technical personnel, and by learning these new knowledge theories, we have broadened our horizons, broadened our thinking and reserved knowledge for better work in the future. We should put new knowledge to use in our future work. "Education represents the past, ability represents the present, and learning ability represents the future." I believe that only through continuous learning can we make continuous progress. The fundamental purpose of our study is to guide our work with what we have learned.

Through this study and training, I have mastered a lot of new knowledge that I didn't come into contact with before, such as "new concept of modern library", "construction of modern public library service system" and "document processing under OA environment", and systematically studied "interpretation of filing rules", "file informatization and digitalization of paper/photo files", "electronic file management" and "electronic file management"

For example, in practical work, the problems of handwriting pasting and falling off in paper carrier file storage, the selection of electronic file storage carrier, the common binding methods and requirements of files in the main contents of file filing rules, and the classification methods of files have all been well solved.

Through systematic study of all the contents of this course, I think the following contents in the continuing education and knowledge updating training materials for professional and technical personnel are closely related to my daily work.

I. Contents of "Long-term Preservation of Paper Printed Documents" in the course:

1. Use digital template to output paper printed documents. The digital template prints the files on wax paper first, and then automatically prints the files to be archived in batches with wax paper files (black ink handwriting is the most durable and can be preserved for a long time).

2. Needle-type printed documents that need to be archived can be printed on wax paper with a needle printer first, and then the files that need to be archived can be mimeographed by hand with wax paper documents (black ink is the most durable and can be preserved for a long time).

3. For ink-jet printing documents that need to be archived, water-insoluble pigment ink-jet printing ink should be selected as far as possible, such as Lexmark ultra-clear waterproof black printing ink and Epson constant color waterproof light-resistant printing ink (color).

In my daily work, there have been some cases of illegible handwriting, adhesion and falling off, and the specific reasons have not been found out. Through this research, I finally understand that choosing water-insoluble pigments can solve the above problems. This is a very important link in the long-term preservation of archives.

Second, the content of "burning electronic files to durable CD" in the course:

Electronic files that need to be archived for long-term preservation are best burned on gold-plated phthalocyanine dye CD-R discs (such as Kodak CD-R burning gold discs); Or burn it on a gold-plated metal azo dye DVD-R disc (such as Kodak DVD-R burning gold disc) and save it.

Before learning the above contents, I knew nothing about judging the durability of burning CDs. Through learning, I am also very professional in how to choose durable CDs. This knowledge is not only useful for file management, but also useful for me personally. When some important personal data, pictures, photos, etc. They are all to be burned, so choosing a durable CD correctly will no longer worry about data loss.

Third, the main contents of the course "File Filing Rules"

1. Common binding methods

Line-loading: curling the upper left corner or the left side of the document with a sewing machine; There are also stitches and knots in the upper left corner or left side of the file.

Adhesive type: adhesive, heat sealing adhesive, etc.

Punching type: Stapler binding, etc.

Riveting: binding with hot-pressing hose, etc.

Do not clip: use clips such as steel clips and plastic clips.

In the daily file management, the files of our unit are only bound with threads or staples. Through studying the above courses, I learned that there are many other binding methods that can be applied.

2. Binding requirements

Before binding, the pages in the "block" should be aligned in a certain way to facilitate future browsing and utilization. Generally speaking, if the upper left corner is used for binding, the left side and the upper side should be aligned; If left binding is used, the left side and the lower side should be aligned.

3. Classification method

(1) Year-Institution-Shelf Life Classification

In other words, archived documents are classified by year, by organization under each year, and then by storage period under organization. The classification scheme is as follows:

Forever, forever, forever.

2006: 30 years in office, 30 years in personnel and 30 years in finance.

10 10 10

Forever, forever, forever.

2007: 30 years in office, 30 years in personnel department and 30 years in finance department.

10 10 10

2008: ...

Similarly, there is the classification of year-shelf life-institution.

(2) Shelf life-year-organization classification

That is, the archived documents are classified according to the storage period, each storage period is classified according to the year, and then classified according to the institutions under the year. The classification scheme is as follows:

Office, office, office.

Standing: Personnel Department in 2006, Personnel Department in 2007 and Personnel Department in 2008.

Finance department finance department finance department

Office, office, office.

30 years: personnel department in 2006, personnel department in 2007 and personnel department in 2008.

10 10 10

Similarly, there is shelf life-annual classification.

After nearly two months of study, my theoretical level, knowledge literacy and mental outlook have been greatly improved.

Personally, I feel that this course doesn't involve the related contents of scientific and technological archives management, which is a pity for those who are engaged in this kind of professional and technical archives management. At present, after the new goal of upgrading the city of Harbin and building the northern water city is put forward, we should vigorously build various urban public infrastructure: subway, light rail, sewage treatment project, bridges and tunnels across the Songhua River ... Then the file management of the corresponding public infrastructure projects should also be put on the agenda, and these public infrastructure projects are all century-old projects, and their file management should be implemented simultaneously and in place. With the construction and implementation of various engineering projects, a large number of talents who know the knowledge of professional and technical archives management will be needed.

Generally speaking, through this systematic study, we should apply what we have learned. Strengthened the basic knowledge of archives specialty, broadened the horizons, improved the professional ability to manage archives with professional knowledge, laid a solid foundation for the future archives management work, and received good learning results.
