Mingde College of Northwestern Polytechnical University actually belongs to three colleges, but in some areas, two colleges and three colleges merged, so we enrolled students in two colleges.

Mingde College of Northwestern Polytechnical University is a full-time undergraduate independent college approved by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Jinye Institute of Information Technology of Northwestern Polytechnical University, which was established in 1999. In 2005, Shaanxi Jinye Science and Education Group Co., Ltd. and Northwestern Polytechnical University jointly applied for an independent college at the undergraduate level-Mingde College of Northwestern Polytechnical University, which was approved by the Ministry of Education. In September of that year, they enrolled undergraduates and became ordinary colleges and universities that implemented undergraduate education.
