First, students' organizational cognition
Student organizations in universities are responsible for managing and serving students. Management is auxiliary management, because there are many college students and teachers don't appear every day, so these student organizations are needed to assist teachers in completing some management and publicity tasks. This service is mainly to enrich students' spare-time cultural life, such as organizing various activities and social practice.
Second, the composition of student organizations
Most student organizations in universities are divided into three levels, from high to low, namely, chairman, minister and department member. Among them, the chairman and minister are leaders, and they will be equipped with deputies. The members of the department belong to leaders, mostly freshmen.
This composition may be called directors and presidents by individual institutions, but the management level is basically divided in this way. No matter which student organization belongs to the Youth League Committee, for example, college-level student organizations are managed by the teachers of the Youth League Committee, and school-level student organizations are also under the jurisdiction of the Youth League Committee.
Third, the promotion mechanism and strategy of students' organizational leadership
Student organizations pay attention to "seniority". Freshman is a minister, sophomore is a minister, and junior is a chairman, but that doesn't mean everyone can be a minister and chairman. They are people who have settled down through students' organizational life and are elected.
Freshmen enter the organization, which is called organizational recruitment. Only through the interview of the minister and the chairman can they enter the student organization. Usually, when interviewing ministers and chairmen, in addition to considering the ability of new members, personal preferences also account for a large part (after all, they are not very mature and understandable). For example, beautiful women and handsome men all have certain advantages.
The selection of sophomore ministers is relatively simple, because after more than a year of work and training, some people will leave the organization, and the rest may be deputy ministers who are close to their own ministers or close to the future chairman.
When selecting the junior chairman, priority will be given to ministers who have close ties with the former chairman. In addition, even when I was a minister, I was close to the teachers of the Youth League Committee, so it was easy to make an exception and admit.
However, the selection of the chairman level is very distinctive, that is, the chairman can find someone who comes with him to serve as the vice chairman, probably for the convenience of cooperation, and the Youth League Committee teacher is allowed! The invited vice chairman can be internal or external, not limited by the scope of the organization!
Fourth, the advantages and disadvantages of student organizations
Benefits: Participating in student organizations and having a complete university organizational life will enhance the execution and coordination ability of college students themselves. It is easy to integrate into the work team after graduation!
Disadvantages: student organization bureaucracy. In fact, to put it bluntly, student organizations are like organizing a group of children to play games, sponsored by lesbians and planning activities.
However, some students will breed bureaucratic atmosphere in organizational life, bossing their younger brothers and sisters around. If the students who participate in the organization can't restrain this point, the organizational life of the university will not only help him, but will make the students' road to society bumpy in the future!
