Can't the social security card handled by the school be cancelled?

The social security card handled by the school can be cancelled by:

1, open AliPay APP first.

2. After entering the main page, click the Citizen Center.

3. Then click Social Security on the Civic Center page.

4. Then click the social security card online service in the local online service option.

5. Then click the social security card to cancel.

6. Then enter the mobile phone number and SMS verification code.

7. Finally, click the button below to log out.
