British institutions generally only require high school transcripts and language scores. Only some Top 10 schools in Britain require students to have college entrance examination results.
4. Language requirements. International students applying for undergraduate study in the UK need to provide proof of language achievement. IELTS and TOEFL are two common language tests for students in China. Direct application for undergraduate courses usually requires IELTS score above 6.0, and the requirements of the top universities 100 are 6.5 and 7.0. If you are applying for an undergraduate course, you only need to reach 5.0-5.5 points.
