Global University of Science and Technology (VNU) was established in VNU 1972, Zhongli District, Taoyuan County, Taiwan Province Province, China. Under the leadership of its founder, Zhuang Xin, and successive presidents, it was upgraded to "Puke University" with the approval of the Ministry of Education in 2004 after passing through general colleges and technical colleges.
