1) Motor vehicles passing through Luoshi Road (Hongshan Auxiliary Road to Luo Yu Road) and Hongshan Auxiliary Road (Luoshi Road to Dongsan Road) are restricted by the license plate number (except buses and taxis).
2) No motor vehicles (except buses) are allowed on Luojiashan Road (Luojiashan Road to Wuda Paifang) and the auxiliary road of Bayi Road underground passage.
3) Parking of motor vehicles is prohibited on both sides of Luoshi Road (Luo Yu Road to Hongshan Auxiliary Road).

1) The auxiliary road on the north side of Tuanshan Road (Qiaoxiangyuan to Lumo Road) is closed to motor vehicles, and all vehicles from east to west pass through Donghu Tunnel.
2) Liyuan Square North Road, Lumo Road (from the intersection of Tuanshan Road to the entrance of Sakura Garden), Botanical Garden Road (from Tuanshan Road to Lumo Road) and Donghu South Road (from Donghu East Road to Swan Road) are restricted to small buses with less than 9 seats (excluding) according to the license plate number (except taxis and new energy buses).
3) Lumo Road (Tuanshan Road to Botanical Garden Road) from east to west (Tuanshan Road to Botanical Garden Road), Botanical Garden Road (Lumo Road to Tuanshan Road) from west to east (Lumo Road to Tuanshan Road), Shengbo Road (Huangli Road to Swan Lake Road) from north to south (Huangli Road to Swan Lake Road) and Swan Lake Road (Shengbo Road to Donghu Road)
