I. Harvard Law School
Harvard Law School, founded in 18 17, is the oldest law school in the United States and an Ivy League school. The main campus of Harvard is located on the Charles River in Cambridge, a suburb, and the undergraduate department is concentrated in the shady Harvard yard: twelve elegant houses build the colorful life of the undergraduate department, full of legends and anecdotes of celebrities.
Like most American law schools, Harvard Law School offers three major degree programs: Doctor of Law, Master of Law and SJD. Although the entrance qualifications and degree requirements of these three courses are different, students from different courses are not mixed in about 25 courses or small class discussion classes provided by law school every year.
Second, Oxford University Law School.
Oxford University, referred to as Oxford, is located in Oxford, England. It is a public research university and adopts the traditional college system. As a member of Russell University Group, it is known as the Golden Triangle prestigious school, G5. The specific time of the establishment of Oxford University is unknown, but the earliest teaching time recorded in the archives is 1096, which developed rapidly in 1 167 because of the strong support of the British royal family.
Oxford University is the oldest university in the English-speaking world and the second oldest institution of higher education in the world. A number of top scientific masters have emerged in the school, and a large number of artists and heads of state have been trained, including 28 British prime ministers and dozens of world heads of state, political and business leaders.
Third, Cambridge Law School.
Cambridge University Law School, the history can be traced back to 1209, and Cambridge University established the Law School very late. 1504 University opened the King James lecture on civil law, 1800 opened the Downing lecture on English law, but it was not until 1858 that the Law School was really established.
Many famous scholars have taught at Cambridge Law School. King James' lecture was hosted by Main, Clark and buckland. Maitland, Kenny and Ivo Jennings all taught in Downing Street. The Weill Lecture on International Law was established in 1867. Speakers include Mayne, Weasley Kerr, Oppenheimer, Pierce Higgins, mcnair, etc.
