The discipline of law in anhui university of finance was born in the early 1990s when China began to establish a socialist market economy. 1In April, 1994, the Law Department of Anhui University of Finance (formerly Anhui University of Finance and Trade) was established, and in September of the same year, the first undergraduate majoring in economic law was enrolled; Admission of international economic law majors 1995, international economic law admission1996; 1998 after the adjustment of national majors, undergraduate majors in law will be recruited in a unified way. In June 2005, the Law School was established. Law school offers two undergraduate majors: law and international politics, and enrolls a second undergraduate major in law. The discipline of law has the right to award the master's degree of the first-class discipline, and now it recruits postgraduate students in legal theory, criminal law, civil and commercial law, economic law, master of international law and master of law.

All the work of the college is comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable. There are nearly 60 teachers in law school, including more than 20 teachers with senior titles, nearly 90% teachers with master's degrees and a high proportion of teachers with doctoral degrees. In the past ten years, teachers in the whole hospital have published nearly 100 high-level academic papers in authoritative law and international political science journals such as China Law, presided over dozens of major scientific research projects such as national social sciences, and won more than ten provincial and ministerial awards. Law is one of the three main disciplines of Anhui University of Finance, which has a great influence in Anhui Province and a certain popularity in the whole country. However, law school is still a developing college.
