China Agricultural University, Yangzhou University and Nanjing Agricultural University ranked in the top three in the animal medicine major (research type) of China University in 2022. Henan Institute of Animal Husbandry and Economics, Anhui University of Science and Technology and longyan university ranked among the top three in China University's (applied) animal medicine major in 2022.

China Alumni Association's ranking of first-class majors in universities is the ranking of undergraduate majors in China University, which has been published for eight consecutive years.

Alumni Association 2022 China University's first-class professional ranking evaluation index is composed of five major indicators, including discipline level, training quality, teachers' level, professional level and professional influence, covering more than 100 evaluation and observation indicators, including the national "double-first-class" construction disciplines, discipline evaluation results of the Ministry of Education, national first-class undergraduate professional construction sites, outstanding alumni and outstanding teachers, and there are nearly 60,000 undergraduate colleges and universities in China.

The list shows that in the latest alumni association ranking of first-class majors in China University in 2022, 42 undergraduate majors, including Hohai University Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering, China Renmin University Law, Peking University Physics, Shanghai Jiaotong University Ship and Ocean Engineering, Peking University Philosophy and Tsinghua University Automation, won the eight-star major in China in 2022, and advanced into the ranks of world-class majors and top majors in China.
