Shanghai Maritime Vocational and Technical College, approved by Shanghai Municipal Government and Ministry of Education, is an ordinary university with the legal personality of an independent institution, which specializes in training senior maritime technical and technical personnel.

3. Shanghai Tourism College
Founded in 1979, the school is the earliest independent tourism college in China. It once belonged to the former National Tourism Administration and was managed by Shanghai in 2000.
