Article 1 In order to strengthen student management, maintain the normal teaching and living order of the school, create a good campus environment, ensure the smooth development of all work in the school, and promote the growth of the majority of students, these measures are formulated in accordance with the Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities, the Code of Conduct for Students in Colleges and Universities, and Several Provisions on the Management of Campus Order in Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education.

Article 2 Schools shall give criticism, education or disciplinary action to students who violate laws, regulations and disciplines. The punishment for students is commensurate with the nature of students' violation of laws, regulations and disciplines and the severity of their faults.

Article 3 Punishment Type: (1) Warning; (2) serious warning; (3) recording records; (4) Stay in school for observation; (5) expulsion from school.

Article 4 The school shall give a warning to students in any of the following circumstances:

( 1)? Cumulative absenteeism in one semester 10 ~ 19 hours;

(2)? Violating the rules of full-time undergraduate examination of Guangxi Normal University; Refuse to hand over schoolbags, books, notes, etc. Store at the designated place in the examination room during the examination; Failing to sit in the designated seat or obey the transfer of invigilators;

(3)? Carry out religious activities in schools;

(4)? Publishing illegal publications;

(5)? Establish an illegal association;

(6)? Abuse others, do not listen to dissuasion and education, resulting in adverse consequences;

(7)? Disturbing the normal order of teaching and scientific research;

(8)? Violation of school management regulations;

(9)? Obstruct, interfere with or refuse to act according to law by state staff or school administrators;

(ten)? Illegal business;

(eleven)? Staying out for the night or not following the schedule of work and rest without justifiable reasons affects others' rest;

(twelve)? Scribbling or deliberately destroying the public environment and health in public places on campus;

(thirteen)? Intentionally damaging public property, and the assessed value of the damaged public property is below 50 yuan (including 50 yuan), and compensation shall be made according to the market price;

(fourteen)? Failing to implement a feasible payment plan in arrears;

(fifteen)? Stealing or deliberately tearing up books, newspapers and periodicals in the collection in violation of the regulations on book management;

(sixteen) without permission, malicious download school electronic resources;

( 17)? In violation of the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Public Security Administration Punishment Law", given a warning according to law.
