Let me briefly introduce Southern Medical University:

Southern Medical University, formerly known as the First Military Medical University of PLA, was founded in 195 1.

1979 was identified as a national key university.

In August 2004, it was transferred to Guangdong Province as a whole and renamed Southern Medical University.

Southern Medical University is the only medical college among the key construction universities of high-level universities in Guangdong Province.

Southern Medical University is one of the first universities in China, and the only one in Guangdong Province established by "ministries". It is one of the first eight universities in China to offer eight-year undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in clinical medicine, and it is also the first pilot university in China to train excellent doctors and excellent doctors (Chinese medicine).
