How to write the research idea of college students' entrepreneurship investigation report
I. Background of the investigation report

With the social progress and economic development, higher education has gradually changed from elite education to generalist education. As the pillar of the motherland-contemporary college students, the number is rising, the ranks are expanding, and the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more severe. Students should be encouraged to actively participate in self-employment and provide more feasible lifestyles. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the entrepreneurial concept of college students.

Second, the purpose of the investigation

1. Understand the understanding and personal views of the Department of Materials Science and Technology of Suzhou University and its surrounding students on entrepreneurship itself, and analyze the existing misunderstandings and aspects conducive to positive development;

2. Through the survey results, we can get the problems that college students should pay attention to and reasonable ways to start businesses, provide reasonable suggestions for all students, encourage them to start businesses within their capabilities, and provide more choices for their career paths.

Third, the investigation method.

1, using QQ group, Renren.com and other communication tools to mobilize college students to participate in online questionnaire survey;

2. Take the form of face-to-face communication and interviews to understand the general views of students around them on entrepreneurship and their own ideas and arrangements for entrepreneurship;

3. Consult relevant literature and some professional investigation reports.

IV. Report on the results of the investigation

1, college students' understanding of self-employment:

(1), the reasons why college students choose to start a business:

First, the psychological encouragement of adventure:

Among the 29 students who participated in the survey, 1 1 wanted to start their own businesses, accounting for 37.93% of the total. Among them, four students think they are still young and have time to start a business and try a different development route, accounting for 36.36% of the students who want to start a business, and all four students are boys. Combining the personality differences between male and female students, we can see that adventurous spirit is one of the entrepreneurial spirits of college students.

B, the stimulation of rich income:

Four students (36.36%) who participated in the survey are willing to start their own businesses because they can bring rich income. After the interview, we learned that these students think that although it is much easier to find a job than to start a business, their income gap is larger than that of starting a business, which is not enough to provide a solid material foundation for a high-quality happy life, so they hope to start their own business;

C, the impact of severe employment pressure:

In the survey, two students expressed their willingness to start their own businesses because of obvious employment pressure, accounting for 18. 18%. Judging from the State Council's annual work report and recent employees, with the increasing number of people with higher education in recent years, the employment pressure of college graduates is rising, which has exerted great pressure on college students' psychology.

D. encouragement from family members:

In the survey, 1 students said that they wanted to start their own business because of the influence of family values, accounting for 5.88% of the total number. According to the interview, this classmate's parents have received higher education, have a clear understanding of self-employment, and also support his children to start their own businesses and take different development routes.

(2), the understanding of the relationship between entrepreneurship and professional:

What is the relationship between entrepreneurship and major? The bosses of some enterprises, whose majors in university studies have nothing to do with the entrepreneurial industry, have now become national star enterprises. These cases often bring some troubles to college students, which has to make them think about their majors and entrepreneurship. In this survey, 3 1.03%(9 students) think that their major is closely related to entrepreneurship, 55. 17%( 16 students) think that their major is related to entrepreneurship, but not much, 10.34%(3 students) think that their major is related to entrepreneurship. The data shows that students who think their major has little to do with entrepreneurship always account for the majority. Some experts pointed out that it is best for college students to start their business from the major, starting from the grassroots, because the major is often what graduates are best at, and they are not familiar with it. In addition, college students just graduated definitely lack social experience. If they are eager to start a business, they are likely to fail. It is best to start from the grassroots level and work and start a business in the industry for a period of time to understand the situation in the industry. In this way, they can also improve their chances of success when starting a business. They must not blindly invest in entrepreneurship, let alone believe that they will get rich overnight. This shows that specialty gives people a starting point for development, which is the condition, not the cage and rope that binds people. We should also be far-sighted, knowledgeable, alert, professional and have more friends.

(3) What preparations will be made before starting a business?

A. Participate in the Entrepreneurial Design Competition:

Three people chose to participate in the "Entrepreneurship Design Competition" before starting a business in order to lay a solid foundation for their own entrepreneurship, get guidance from professionals and make more psychological preparations, accounting for 27.27% of the students who want to start a business;

B, read entrepreneurial books:

9 people choose to read enough entrepreneurial books before starting a business, learn from the good experience of successful entrepreneurs, and gain sufficient knowledge reserves. The interview shows that some students are familiar with companies that help entrepreneurs, such as "innovation works" founded by Kai-Fu Lee, and hope to get more help by reading relevant content, and hope to get their help when starting a business in the future;

C. Participation in entrepreneurship training:

Six people chose to attend entrepreneurship training before starting a business to gain professional knowledge about entrepreneurship, accounting for 54.55% of the total number;

D, to the enterprise internship:

10 people choose to practice in enterprises, accounting for 90.95438+0% of the total number. To successfully establish a small company, it is best to go through the tempering of a large organization, because the organization can provide a broader vision. Entrepreneurship is a very hard process, which requires hard work, perseverance, professional skills, peace of mind and love. Don't haggle over every ounce. These things can be obtained in enterprise practice.

According to another survey data, most students don't know much about the writing requirements of business plans, but they only know a little, and some of them don't know. Having entrepreneurial ideas but low cognitive level is far from enough to put them into practice.

2, college students should be prepared when starting a business (access to information):

For self-employment, many college students are only curious for three minutes, and finally they can only end in vain, so self-employment is undoubtedly a long and arduous process. At present, although many universities in China encourage college students to start their own businesses, there are not many students who really start their own businesses. Even if there are many students who are interested in starting a business, most of them just stay at the stage of "on paper". How can we really start our own business and really get rid of "an armchair strategist"?

(1), subjectively:

A. Innovation

If college students want to do their own business well, they must see whether they can have both technological innovation and thinking innovation. If college students want to start a business, they must look around and listen to new information, so as to promote the enhancement of innovation consciousness, make their own entrepreneurial ideas cater to the public's tastes and meet the new needs brought about by the changes of the times in time.

B, pragmatic

College students are a group greatly influenced by society. They should have the determination to proceed from reality, not blindly follow, have the courage to face reality and pay attention to the favorable and unfavorable conditions around them. In school, you should know how to get the information you need from all aspects. College students who want to start a business should start from the foundation, expand their social circle and learn from experience. If college students want to start a business, they should and must do so.
