First, the demand for social talents has changed greatly, and students' learning content cannot adapt. In fact, many times, we find that the "employment difficulty" is not caused by oversupply, but the opening of specialized courses in colleges and universities can not keep up with the changes in market demand; Moreover, the imbalance of talent structure intensifies this contradiction.
When I thought of returning to my hometown during the Spring Festival this year, I visited several teachers in my former school. The teacher once said to me, "I have taught people for more than ten years and also taught this history book for more than ten years." This can also reflect the obsolescence of some knowledge, and some practical knowledge must be improved like us. Writing here, I even think of the scene when I was attacked by my teacher because I couldn't learn abacus well in primary school. It's really amazing.
However, the specialized courses in some colleges and universities are very blind, and the phenomenon of single major and convergence is very serious. Since the expansion of colleges and universities, the number of students has soared, but the quality has dropped sharply. Coupled with the traditional teaching methods in some schools, some students have high scores and low ability, and some majors in schools are too fine to keep up with the changes in social talent demand.
Second, students lack exercise opportunities, and some enterprises have defects in their recruitment systems. I believe that all friends who are looking for a job know that many enterprises refuse the training fees for college students after employment, and there are often requirements for work experience in recruitment, and some positions also stipulate the gender requirements for recruitment. As far as I know, students who have graduated from science and engineering have to undergo training for a period of time before they can formally become a qualified engineer, and the training expenses are basically borne by individuals.
Compared with liberal arts students and science students, there is a great difference. In employment, science students have some advantages over liberal arts students. Many liberal arts students' abilities are not resumes, which need some time to prove.
Third, the age of the social population changes and the market capacity shrinks. From the implementation of national family planning to the opening of the second child, the problem of population aging in China is very prominent, and it is also a shrinking phenomenon of consumption. Once consumption shrinks, it is followed by a decline in employability. At the same time, in order to solve the problem of old-age care, delaying retirement directly leads to the inability to create more jobs for young people in time.
Fourth, the students themselves are not well prepared, and their work is seriously inconsistent with their own needs. I believe many people have considered the issue of work. However, in the face of this problem, including myself, I was once confused. Many people have no purpose for their future, are confused about the direction of their efforts, live in a trance, lack enthusiasm during their college years, and are easily tempted by various temptations, so that they are addicted to them. Just like online games, a large number of students can't extricate themselves from them, which leads many students to miss the best stage of improving their ability during college, which seriously affects their physical and mental health. Secondly, many college students have elderly people at home, and most of them are only children at present, so the problem of supporting the elderly has also caused us great pressure, and the shortage of housing in some big cities has also caused us great trouble. I'm afraid a little salary is not enough for our own needs.
Having said that, I think personal reasons are the most important. Students who are still confused, wake up! Don't indulge, don't do things that disappoint yourself and your parents, calm down and make a plan for your career, step by step; Think about your initial dream of entering the university, think about your parents who get up early for your study, and if you graduate later, go back to your original dream. In China, where the media is developed, you will be glittering. If you are still indifferent after reading these, please close your eyes, everything is in your dream.
