He, female, born in July 2005, 1973, doctor of engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor.

Resume: 1995 graduated from northeastern university with a bachelor's degree in metal physics; In the same year, he worked as a teaching assistant in the Department of Materials of Xi University of Technology. In 2000, he obtained a master's degree in materials processing engineering and was hired as a lecturer. In 2004, he received his Ph.D. in Materials Science from Shanghai University, and in the same year he served as a lecturer at the School of Materials Science. In 2005, he was invited to do postdoctoral work at the University of Leuven in Belgium. In 2007, he was hired as an associate professor, a professor in 20 12 years and a doctoral supervisor in 20 13 years.

Research direction:

Metal material design; Study on strengthening and toughening of materials.

Main scientific research projects:

1) phase diagram thermodynamics and kinetics of σ phase precipitation behavior in duplex stainless steel (general project of national natural science foundation), 2010/2, project leader.

2) TRIP steel development based on thermodynamics and dynamics calculation and simulation and key experiments (Industrial Technology Research Project of Iron and Steel Research Institute), 20 10-20 14, project leader.

3) Behavior Law and Thermodynamic Dynamics Mechanism of Advanced High-strength Steel under High-speed Deformation (Key Project of National Natural Science Foundation), 20 10-20 13, the second person to complete the project.

4) Basic Research on High Plasticity Multi-phase Structure Steel Plate for Automobile (National 973 Project), 20 10-20 14, the third person to complete the project.

Major achievements:

As a technical backbone, I won the following awards:

1) "Computer Alloy Design of Advanced Iron-based Materials, High-tech Ceramics and Nano-cemented Carbide", Industry Award of International Phase Diagram Committee in 2005.

2) "780mpa low-carbon low-silicon aluminum-free (low-aluminum) transformation-induced plastic steel", the first prize of metallurgical science and technology 20 10.

3) "Integration and Innovation of R&D Technology for Advanced High-strength Automobile Steel", second prize of metallurgical technology 20 12.
