National Policy Award for University Marriage
If college students get married, there is no so-called reward policy in the country. If both men and women reach the legal age for marriage, they can get married even in college.

I. Conditions for marriage registration:

1, both men and women must be completely voluntary.

The word "completely voluntary" between men and women is an inseparable whole. First of all, marriage must be voluntary, not wishful thinking, and one party is not allowed to force the other; Secondly, it is my own will, not according to others' wishes, and parents and other third parties are not allowed to arrange it; Third, it is completely voluntary, not reluctantly agreed, which excludes the situation that one or both parties are semi-voluntary and semi-arranged. "No coercion by any party and no interference by any third party" is a completely voluntary supplement and emphasis to "both men and women". The former adjustment is positive and the latter adjustment is negative.

2, must reach the legal age of marriage.

The legal age for marriage refers to the minimum age for men and women to get married. Both parties or one party is below the legal age for marriage and may not get married; Marriage is allowed only after reaching or exceeding the legal age for marriage. This regulation is completely scientific and completely in line with the actual situation in China.

3. Must be monogamous.

Second, the marriage certificate procedures:

The procedure for obtaining a marriage certificate can be divided into three steps: application, examination and registration:

(1) application.

To get married, both men and women must hold their household registration certificate, resident identity card, and a signed statement that they have no spouse and no direct blood relationship with each other and collateral blood relationship within three generations. * * * Register the marriage at the marriage registration office where one party's account is located. Both men and women must be present at the same time when registering. If you divorce, you should also hold a divorce certificate. Anyone who has a premarital examination should also hold a premarital examination certificate issued by the hospital.

(2) review.

When examining the marriage application of both parties, the registration authority may, when necessary, require the parties to provide relevant certification materials, conduct necessary investigations, or designate items for medical appraisal.

(3) registration.

After examination, the marriage registration authority considers that it meets the conditions for marriage, it shall grant registration and issue a marriage certificate. If the marriage registration authority refuses to register, it shall issue a written statement explaining the reasons for not registering.

Three, handling materials:

1, resident identity card;

2. Household registration book (or collective household registration certificate);

3. Proof of marital status;

(1) fixed workers, retired workers issued by the unit.

② Unemployed persons and self-employed persons shall be issued by the neighborhood (village) committee ③ Unemployed persons and self-employed persons shall also provide labor manuals (or licenses).

4. Three two-inch color photos and three recent bareheaded two-inch monochrome photos. The photos of both parties have the same color, and the marriage registration office has a snapshot service;

5. Special certificate for remarried parties (in addition, ①-④ certificates are required), divorce certificate (or certificate of dissolution of husband and wife relationship) (or court mediation) (or court divorce judgment) Note: those who hold the judgment of the primary court must also bring the valid certificate of the judgment of the primary court;

6. Special certificates of people leaving the country for private reasons (in addition, certificates ①-④ are required), and marriage certificates certified (or notarized) by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad;

7. Special certificates for those who have settled abroad for private reasons (certificates ①-④ are required). If they have no proof of marital status during their stay abroad, they can hold a notarized certificate of their unmarried status abroad.

I don't know why some people still like to look at college students with some special eyes. University education has become very popular, and the state has no right to interfere excessively in marriage registration. It is impossible for the state to require college students to get married as soon as possible through various other preferential ways.

legal ground
