Li Zhe's Awards and Major Achievements
Dr. Li Zhe won prizes in a series of piano competitions, including 1989, the third prize of the National Youth Piano Competition sponsored by the Ministry of Culture of China, 1992, the third prize of the National Youth Piano Competition sponsored by the Ministry of Culture of China, 1994, the first prize of the Northeast Division of China International Piano Competition, 1996, the second prize of Martin Pianist Competition in Texas, USA, 65436. Dr. Li Zhe has given dozens of piano solo concerts in the United States, Austria and other countries as well as major cities in China, such as Fort Worth, Corpus Christi, Houston, Dallas, Washington, Weikou, Rochester, Graz, Oak Ridge and other places, and has performed piano concertos with Liaoning Symphony Orchestra, Shenyang Conservatory of Music Symphony Orchestra, Baylor Symphony Orchestra in Texas and Oak Ridge Symphony Orchestra in Tennessee.

Dr. Li Zhe has served as the judge of many domestic and Asia-Pacific piano competitions, including the Asia-Pacific Finals of Schumann Cup International Youth Piano Competition in 2005, the Finals of CCTV Piano Violin TV Competition in 2008, the special guest of 2009 and 201China Changchun International Piano Music Festival, and the judge of piano competitions. Many times, she won "Excellent Tutor Award" and "Excellent Gardening Award", and many of her students also won awards in different important competitions, including: the third place in the first "Kawaii Kawaii Cup" piano competition in China in 2005, the second place in the Schumann International Piano Competition in Asia in 2005, the excellent performance award in the Piano Competition of Changchun International Piano Art Festival in China in 2009, and 20165433.

Dr. Li Zhe has taught in the Piano Department and Social Education Department of Heasman Conservatory of Music, University of Rochester, New York, USA. Her doctoral thesis "Exploring the Mystery of Piano Concerto" and her thesis "The Performance and Teaching of Liszt's Memphis fellers Waltz" were published in the national journal Piano Art in 2005,No. 1 1 and No.201.
